Overview:

DG-type High Pressure Boiler Feed Pump as high pressure boiler feed water or other water supply purposes, the transmission medium temperature does not exceed 160℃

Flow rate: Q=100~580m³/h

Head: H:=740~2150m

Structure:

This pump is a Multi-Stage Centrifugal Pump casing section. The inlet and outlet are vertically upward. Front, middle and rear section connected with the wear bar into one, each section depends mainly on the joint surface between the stationary seal the metal surface outside, and with O-type rubber ring as a secondary seal. DGB type high pressure pump suction, middle, spit out the ue of forgings segment.

Seal:

High pressure boiler feed pump used soft packing seal and cooling water cooling. Also can supply mechanical seal according to user's request.

Bearing and balancing devices: 

High pressure pump rotor from the pump to support both ends of the sliding bearings. Bearings with forced lubrication, the oil pump itself is equipped with the system.The rotor axial thrust balancing disk used to balance, and with a thrust bearing. To withstand changes in working conditions because of residual axial force. In the balance between the chamber body and the suction pipe with return pipe.

Transmission:

High pressure pump driven by motor through flexible coupling can also be equipped with a gear according to user needs-based coupling, diaphragm coupling, hydraulic coupling. Small steam turbine prime mover can be taken or motor drive. Direction from the drive, the pump is clockwise.
